SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from Hounslow, Greater London, UK.
We at BLACKTAPE_CHAM endeavours to process and ship all orders within 2-3 Working / Business days of your order being placed. Holidays and other high-volume events may increase processing time. We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. If you cannot find the order confirmation email after 48 hours, please check spam folders and your method of payment, to make sure the charge went through and the order was placed.
We ship to most International / European countries and regions and will automatically be detected at checkout depending on the area code that is submitted for your order. If for any reason you experience a problem completing your order when shipping to your country is selected, please do get in touch so we can resolve this issue for you.
As we know, we are now living in a quick changing world, so in case of any unforeseen circumstances please allow us 5 Days to inform you of any processing delays.

*Domestic Shipping
We provide a competitive shipping rate for domestic deliveries with FREE Shipping for all orders over £70. All Domestic orders are shipped through the Royal Mails Standard Signed with an approximate 4-7 working days delivery time.
We provide FREE Local Deliveries for purchases over £60 within some Greater London Post Codes. All local deliveries will be delivered within 7 working days of purchase. We will text/email you the day before the planned delivery date.

We also provide FREE Local Pick Ups, which will be an option at Check Out. Orders will be ready for pick up within 2-4 days. When your item(s) has been processed and is ready for pick up, we will then inform you via email and/or text. Please reply to the Text/Email to inform us on when you intend to Pick up your order, so we can make provision for your Pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of ID when you come to collect your order.
*International Shipping
We provide a competitive shipping rate for International deliveries with FREE Shipping for all orders over £100. All International orders are shipped through the Royal Mails Standard Signed & Tracked with an approximate 10-17 Working / Business days delivery time.
International orders may be subject to customs fees/taxes. We have no control over these fees and any questions you should contact your local customs office.

With Love, please ensure the correct address has been entered as returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that have been shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and a replacement order will not be sent out.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with Royal Mail.
A tracking number is provided for all tracked shipping orders once an order is verified, processed and submitted to The Royal Mail. Please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.
